Every jar of Home Ec.'s award-winning preserves and pickles is hand crafted by owner Jessica Sowls in a commercial kitchen in downtown Indianapolis. She draws inspiration from traditional food preservation techniques, locally grown fruits and vegetables, and uncommon flavor combinations. Many of her preserves are low in sugar, and never contain artificial flavors, preservatives, corn syrup, or GMOs. Availability is dependent upon season and production runs.
