Home Ec. draws inspiration from traditional food preservation techniques, locally grown fruits and vegetables, and uncommon flavor combinations. Most of our preserves are low in added sugar and never contain preservatives or GMOs. All products are made with vegan organic sugar and the wines used are vegan. Availability is dependent upon season and production runs. Contact us about special orders, wholesale, and canning lessons.
